Civilization Stage
It is unknown at the moment if this stage will be either separate to the previous stage (City Stage), or if it will be merged into the previous stage
However it is known that in Spore's Civilization stage, it will encourage players to interact (peacefully or otherwise) between their civilization and other civilizations.
This stage is sometimes known as the Diplomacy Stage
